摘要
生态学是研究生物体与环境之间辩证统一关系的科学。立足于生态学理论的观点,认为教师专业发展是一个由教师基本生态主体与生态环境组成的复合多元的生态系统。运用生态学原理分析教师的专业发展,并以此构建教师专业发展的生态化模式符合高校教师专业可持续发展的要求。
Ecology is the study of dialectical unity of biological bodies and the environment. Basing on the view point of ecology theo ry, the professional life of teacher is a completed ecological system of the integrated combination which consists of the basic ecological body as the teacher and the ecological environment. It meets the requirement of the sustainable development to analyze the development of the teacher' s professional life with the methods of ecology based on which the ecological mode of the development of the teacher' s professional life can be built up.
