"Micro-Charity" Mode:Technology,Concept and Realistic Dilemma

"微慈善"是在传统慈善组织遭遇信任危机的时代背景下,由信息时代的"自组织"与"自媒体"技术平台整合而成的新型慈善模式。对于传统慈善而言,由新型信息技术支撑的微慈善模式带来了"慈善理念"的全新变革,这表现在慈善需求、慈善主体以及慈善方式等方面。同时,在现实世界中微慈善的存在还相当脆弱,面临着制度规范不足、法律保障缺失以及管理运营模式滞后等方面的困境。

When the traditional charity organizations met the crisis of faith,micro-charity is blooming as a kind of new charity mode which is the combination of self-organization and we media.For traditional charity mode,micro-charity mode,which is supported by modern information technologies,bring the revolution of ＂charity concept＂ on charitable demand,subject and pattern.Meanwhile,it is hard for micro-charity to exist in reality on account of the shortage of system norm,deficiency of legal protection and lag of management operation mode.
