广东饲料制粒工艺对微生物影响的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 本试验随机抽取广东饲料厂 6个制粒工艺 ,分别检测工艺参数 ,测定 5个不同生产阶段处———调质前、调质后、制粒后、冷却后和打包处样品的霉菌、细菌和酵母菌的含量。调查结果表明 ,调质可平均杀死饲料中77.89%的微生物 ,霉菌孢子、细菌孢子和酵母菌孢子的杀死率分别为 95 .70 % ,6 4.94%和 95 .98%。粉料经调质、制粒、冷却至成品 ,微生物平均减少 95 .38% ,霉菌、细菌和酵母菌分别平均减少 97.99% ,99.78%和 93.95 %。饲料厂制粒工艺可有效杀死饲料中的微生物 。 Six pelleting processes in Guangdong were investigated to evaluate their effects on the feed microorganisms. Feeds in pre-conditioning,post-conditioning,post-pelleting,post-airing and packing were sampled. Amounts of microorganisms (bacteria,yeast and mold), water contents, temperatures, conditioning time and steam pressure were measured. The results showed that conditioning could averagely kill 77.89% of microorganisms, 95.70% of molds, 64.94% of bacteria and 95.98% of yeast, After pelleting process, feed microorganisms averagely lessened by 95.38%. Molds, bacteria and yeast were averagely seperarately lessened by 97.99% , 99.78% and 93.95% . Feed conditioning and pelleting could greatly kill microorganisms and improve feed hygiene quality.
