黑龙江干流呼玛县冰凌灾害调查及成因研究

Study on Survey and Causes for Ice Run Disasters in Huma County,Heilongjiang Province

调查收集了呼玛县史上特别严重的凌汛灾情,进行统计分析,对冰坝的形成原因进行了系统分析,指出了影响冰坝形成的主要因素,同时对呼玛县冰凌灾害可变因素形成条件进行分析,总结出了6种规律性概念性指标,对黑龙江干流防凌减灾将起着一定的指导作用。

The ice run disasters most serious in the history of Huma County are collected in the survey to analyze the causes for forming the ice runs and point out the main factors of forming the ice dams.Meanwhile,the variable factors of forming ice run disasters are analyzed,summarizing six regularity conceptual indicators,which will take certain roles in guiding ice run protection and disasters alleviation in the main Heilongjiang River.
