摘要
随着工业自动化的发展,液压设备以其小体积、高功效、低耗能、运行平稳等优点正得到越来越广泛地应用。但由于液压设备中的各种元件和传动液体都处于封闭的工作状态,不同于其他机械设备那样直观,故此其故障具有隐蔽性、多样性、不确定性和因果关系复杂等特点。对液压式启闭机操作过程中所接触到的一些液压回路及液压系统的常见故障进行了分析,并提出简单的处理意见。
With the development of industrial automation,hydraulic equipment with its small volume,high efficiency,low energy consumption,stable operation etc is getting more and more widely used.But as a result of various components and drive liquid of hydraulic equipment are in close working state,not ocular compared with other machinery equipment,the breakdowns are characteristic of elusive,variety,uncertainty and causality etc.This paper analyzes common failures of some oil hydraulic circuit and hydraulic system occurred during the operation of hydraulic hoists to provide ordinary processing opinions.
