摘要
灌区未级渠系是灌区节水改造工程的关键环节,其灌溉水利用情况直接关系到减轻农民负担,促进粮食增产、农民增收和农业发展。对江川和饶河灌区农业供水未级渠系现状进行调查,真正使未级渠系管理规范,使未级渠系成为灌区的惠民工程。
The final canal system is a key link of water-saving improvement project in the irrigation area,irrigation water used is related directly to alleviating the burdens of peasants,increasing the grain production and peasant＇s income,and promoting agricultural development.The existing situation of agricultural water supply final canal system was surveyed in the Jiangchuan and Raohe irrigation areas to realize standardized management of the final canal system,and make the final canal system a beneficial project in the irrigation areas.
