摘要
针对大顶子山航电枢纽工程在2010年运行"加大泄流预泄"对哈尔滨水文站水位流量关系的影响,与1998年、2005年天然河道洪水文资料进行对比分析,探讨工程调控影响,对提高哈尔滨水文站测验资料的精度,洪水水文预报精度及松花江哈尔滨防洪将起到重要作用。
Aiming to the impact on the water level-discharge relation at Harbin Hydrological Station due to increasing re-drainage discharge at Dadingzishan navigation-power junction project in 2010,compared with the flood hydrological data of natural river course in 1998 and 2005,the impact of the project is discussed in the paper.The study will play an import role in increasing the accuracy of hydrological data and flood hydrological forecast at Harbin Hydrological Station,and the flood control for the Songhua River along Harbin reaches.
