摘要
松北水泵站建设运行质量的好坏对北国水城的创建及松北区域城乡可持续发展等能否顺利地实施,具有重要的现实意义,并带来明显的社会效益。加强水泵站工程建设运行质量的控制与管理,克服质量问题具有十分重要作用。阐述了水泵站工程实践中存在的主要质量问题,分析了产生这些质量问题的原因,提出了强化水泵站工程建设运行质量的主要控制与管理措施,并对提高工程质量提出建议。
The construction and operation quality of Songbei Pumping Station is closely related to the construction of northeastern water city and rural urban and sustainable development for Sonbei District;it has a very important significance and will bring apparent social benefits.Strengthening quality control and management,overcoming the quality problems during the construction period will play a vital role.The existing main problems in pumping station construction are described,the factors affecting construction quality are analyzed,and then main quality control and management measures are discussed and some suggestions are provided in the paper for improving engineering construction and operation quality.
