摘要
本文以清华大学经济管理学院的教师人事制度改革为例,全面叙述一所中国内地大学中的学院进行系统性教师人事制度改革的全过程。文章重点阐述这一改革成功是基于理念、方案、执行三个方面,而其中最为突出、最具创新性的是方案和执行两方面的有机结合。
This artmle describes and analyzes the Iaculty personnel system retorm process at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, a university in China's Mainland. The arti cle highlights three crucial aspects underlying the success of this reform: ideas, programs, and execu tion. The most significant and innovative aspect of the reform is the combination and coherence of the reform programs and their execution.
