人力资本对创业活动的影响——基于2003年-2011年数据的实证分析 被引量:11

The Effects of Human Capital on Entrepreneurship——An Empirical Analysis Based on 2003-2011 data

摘要 人力资本是推动创业活动及其带动就业的关键因素之一。本文运用中国2003年-2011年的数据,建立了广义线性模型,研究了人力资本对各地区创业活动及其带动就业的影响。实证分析结果表明,从全国情况来看,以6岁及以上人口每百人拥有大学生比例为衡量的人力资本对创业人数具有积极的正面作用,但却对每名创业者带动就业人数的影响负面。从分地区的具体情况看,人力资本高的地区创业活动就越活跃,但对各地区每个创业者带动就业人数的影响则要微弱得多,且东中西部的差别并不很显著。 This article analyzes the impact of human capital on entrepreneurship and entrepreneur ship-stimulated employment in different provinces of China, by applying generalized linear models to 2003-2011panel data. The results indicate that the human capital in terms of number of college gradu ates out of every million people at or above six years old has a positive impact on entrepreneurship but negative impact on entrepreneurship-promoted employment. Our research also finds that entrepreneur ship is much more active in high human capital areas, but entrepreneurship-stimulated employment shows little area difference.
