摘要
本文简要分析了国有企业的企业文化的特点,并针对性地提出了一些建设性意见,供国有企业改革参考。
The firm culture's character of state-owned firms are discussed in this paper and which puts forward to some reform measures. It has a certain value in state-owned firm reforming.
