By virtue of its domestic monopoly position of iron ore production, Vale S.A. of Brazil is carrying out the ＂Valemax-plan＂ mainly for the Chinese shipping market, which constitutes a kind of unfair competition, and which will bring damages to Chinese relevant industries. China should pay a close attention to the process, and seek legal reliefs appropriately from the domestic law or international law, and at the same time, it is necessary for China to improve the relevant legislation and raise the level of legal protection for China＇s foreign trade.
