Supervision for grouting construction under the dam toe slab

珊溪水库大坝一期面板 ( 10 8m高程 )以下部分的灌浆工作 ,共完成固结和帷幕灌浆孔 973孔 ,由于任务重、工期紧 ,为了确保导流洞按期下闸蓄水 ,在施工过程中 ,监理人员严格按照规范的设计要求 ,对灌浆施工全过程进行质量监控 ,确保了工期和质量。灌浆后经质量检查 ,平均单位耗灰量固结灌浆为 17.86kg/m ,帷幕灌浆为 3 0 .0 1kg/m。各工序孔单位注入率呈规律性递减 ,减幅规律性递增 ,符合灌浆规律 ,整体灌浆效果良好。检查孔压水检查固结灌浆 94段、帷幕灌浆 2 14段 ,全部满足设计要求。

The grouting work under stage I concrete face slab of Shanxi reservoir dam finished with 973 consolidation and curtain grouting holes totally.For the heavy task and urgent construction period and in order to block up the diversion tunnel on time for impoundment,the supervision workers,in accordance with design requirement,strictly executed quality control in the whole grouting process and guaranteed the construction period and quality.The average unit cement consumption is 17.86 kg/m for consolidation grouting,and 30.01 kg/m for curtain grouting.The unit grouting ratio for latter construction sequences decreased regularly and the decreasing magnitude increased regularly,complying with grouting law,the overall grouting effect was satisfactory.94 consolidation grouting sections and 214 curtain grouting sections were checked by water pressure test and all of them met the design requirement.
