摘要
根据行为地理学观点,通过农村劳动力转移就业决策过程分析,认为农村劳动力转移就业环境认知,是指农村劳动力面临多样化的就业地和就业环境,对其进行的环境外观感觉以及整体认识和综合解释过程。依据地理认知理论,构建了农村劳动力转移就业环境认知研究体系:基于目标与过程的转移就业环境认知研究;基于个体变量与群体文化因子的转移就业环境认知研究;转移就业环境认知层次(环境特征感知、环境对象认知、环境格局认知)研究。探讨了农村劳动力转移就业环境认知研究的基本方法:民族志方法、定量关系模型、时空路径等。可以预测,农村劳动力转移就业环境认知研究将促进混合研究路径的发展。
Based on the viewpoints of behavioral geography and the relative literature review at home and abroad,the behavior process of the rural labour's employment transference was analyzed and it was considered that the employment decision-making behavior was the intention of employment transference based on specific motivation through environment cognition's filtering.And the rural labour's environment cognition referred to the exterior perception,the comprehensive understanding and integrated interpretation of rural labour's varied working place and its environment.According to geographic cognitive theories,this paper presented a research system about the rural labour's environment cognition in the employment transference's process.Firstly,based on the aim and the process of employment transference in the environment cognition's research,it discussed the influence of the motivation and goals on the environment cognition and how this environment study relied on the process of employment transference.Secondly,on the basis of individual characteristics and the group cultural factors,it focused on the analysis of differences between the individual and the group rural labour's environment cognitive process,especially from the angles of household,gender and young generation.Thirdly it conducted studies on environment cognition's levels,namely the environment feature's perception,the environment object's cognition,the environment pattern's cognition and the relationship among them.The methods of the environment cognition research were also discussed in this paper.Based on questionnaires and major groups,the data mainly rely on the micro individual experience.Through the factor analysis,structure equation,spatial decision model and so on,the relationship among the environment cognitive factors and the relationship among environment cognition,motivation and decision-making was discussed.Moreover,the reasons were explored through the ethnography method in combination of qualitative and quantitative analyses.Through the research of micro environment cognition and space path,we can establish ties with social macro space behavior research.It was predicted that the research of the rural labour's environment cognition would promote the development of the mixed research ways.
