摘要
以5a生"红地球"葡萄为试材,用赤霉素、β?环糊精对氯苯氧乙酸、高效氨基酸3种植物生长调节剂单一或复配进行2次沾穗处理,研究各处理对葡萄果穗重、果粒重、可溶性固形物含量及果皮色素的影响。结果表明:以30mg/kgβ?环糊精对氯苯氧乙酸在花后10d第1次沾穗,花后20d以50mg/kg赤霉素第2次沾穗,对果个、色泽、产量的效果最佳;而对可溶性固形物含量,以50mg/kg的赤霉素在花后10、20d连续处理2次效果最佳。
Taking 5-year-old ‘Red Globe’ grape as naterial,the spike was flooded twice with 3 plant growth regulators. GA3,β-cyclodextrin 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, the influence of plant regulators on spike weight, grape weight, soluble solid, skin pigment were studied. The results showed that, to enlarging the fruit, maintain color and increasing the output, the dipping was best with 30 mg/kg β-cyclodextrin and 50 rng/kg GA3 after flower 10 d and 20 d. To content of the soluble solids,the immersing was best with 50 mg/kg GA3 twice after flower 10 d and 20 d.
