摘要
以"贝吉佳"草莓脱毒苗为外植体,研究了培养基种类、激素种类及浓度、糖源种类及浓度、光照强度等对组培苗增殖的影响。结果表明:在MS培养基、BA浓度为2.0mg/L、糖源为30g/L的蔗糖、光照强度在1 600lx条件下附加0.1mg/L NAA的培养基最适合脱毒苗的增殖,增殖系数可达12.0。
Taking virus-free seeding of strawberry ‘Bechika' as explants,the effects of culture media,hormone types and concenlrations,sugar types and concentrations,illumination intensities on tissue culture proliferation were studied. The results showed that the MS basic cuhure medium,with BA 2. 0 mg/L, sugar 30 g/L as carbon source, the illumfination intensity at I 600 Ix,additional with NAA 0. 1 mg/L were most suitable for the proliferation of virus-free seeding,and the proliferation index could be up to 12. 0.
