“贝吉佳”草莓脱毒苗增殖的研究

Study on Proliferation of Virus-free Strawberry 'Bechika'

以"贝吉佳"草莓脱毒苗为外植体,研究了培养基种类、激素种类及浓度、糖源种类及浓度、光照强度等对组培苗增殖的影响。结果表明:在MS培养基、BA浓度为2.0mg/L、糖源为30g/L的蔗糖、光照强度在1 600lx条件下附加0.1mg/L NAA的培养基最适合脱毒苗的增殖,增殖系数可达12.0。

Taking virus-free seeding of strawberry ‘Bechika＇ as explants,the effects of culture media,hormone types and concenlrations,sugar types and concentrations,illumination intensities on tissue culture proliferation were studied.
