摘要
目的研究白刺果实的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶和高效液相色谱法对其化学成分进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从白刺果实中分离得到9个化合物,分别为:色氨酸(1),对羟基苯甲酸(2),isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3),5,7,2′-trihydroxyflavonol(4),peonidin-3-p-coumaroylrutinoside(5),cyanidin 3-[6″-(6-trans-p-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside](6),apigenin 5-O-(2″-O-E-p-coumaroyl)--D-glucopyranoside(7),H-trp-ala-OH(8),槲皮素(9)。结论化合物1~8均为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.. Method Isolation and purifica- tion were carried out on a macroporous resin column,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Result Nine compounds were isolated and identified as tryptophane ( 1 ), p- hydroxybenzoic acid ( 2 ), isorhamnetin 3-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl- ( 1-2 )-a-L-rhamnopyranoside ( 3 ), 5,7,2 '-trihydroxyflavonol ( 4 ), pe- onidin-3-p-coumaroylrutinoside{ 5 }, cyanidin 3-[ 6"- ( 6"t-trans-p-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl }-β-D-galactopyranoside] ( 6 }, apige- nin 5-0- ( 2"-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 7 ), H-trp-ala-OH ( 8 ), and quercetin ( 9 ). Conclusion Compounds 1-8 were ob- tained from Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. for the first time.
