预应力高强混凝土桥面空心板截面优选

Section optimization of high strength prestressed concrete hollow plate-beam in bridge works

摘要 针对公路桥梁工程中广泛采用的圆孔、大孔空心板存在的缺点 ,结合采用低松弛 2 70级高强钢绞线和C80高强混凝土材料 ,提出了一种新型的双拱门式空心板断面 ,以 16m跨空心板为例 ,采用有限元方法对其进行了横向受力性能比较分析 ,确定了双拱门式空心板的断面尺寸 ,为经济可靠的应用预应力高强混凝土桥面空心板提供了理论研究基础 . Combined with adoption of No. 270 low lax steel strands and C80 high strength concrete, a new style plate-beam with dual-arch hollow was proposed against the weakness of normal plate-beam with circle or rectangular hollow which was widely used in highway bridge engineering. As an example of 16 m hollow plate-beam, crosswise bearing property was compared and analyzed using finite element method. The section size plate-beam with dual-arch hollow was determined and the basis of theory research was provided for economical and stable application of high strength prestressed concrete hollow plate beam in bridge works.
