摘要
在我国 ,混凝土面板堆石坝已得到迅速广泛的应用 ,但由于混凝土面板厚度小 ,垫层基础变形大 ,再加上在干缩和冷缩的联合作用下 ,存在着面板混凝土裂缝的问题 ,严重地影响面板混凝土的防渗效果和使用寿命 ,珊溪水库工程从裂缝控制理论、混凝土设计、原材料使用、混凝土配制、浇筑和养护等方面采取了一系列技术措施 ,在蓄水前 ,一期面板混凝土没有发生裂缝 ,从而确保了工程质量 ,为面板堆石坝工程积累了经验。
The concrete face rockfill dam is widely used in China. Due to thin concrete face slab, big deformation of cushion foundation, and the combined actions of dry and cool shrinkage, there are crack problems in concrete face slab. Such crack will bring serious impacts on the seepage control and service life of concrete face slab. Therefore, the Sanxi Reservoir Project adopts a series of technical measures to control the concrete crack. These measures include crack control theory, concrete design, the use of raw materials, and concrete mixing, pouring and curing. Before the impoundment of the reservoir, no crack is found in the first stage concrete face slab. Therefore it guarantees the project quality and provides the experience for the construction of concrete face rockfill dam.
