摘要
珊溪水库泄洪洞泄洪时最大流量为 16 30m3 /s,相应流速为 33 3m/s ,为了适应高速水流要求 ,泄洪洞工程过水段采用抗冲耐磨混凝土 ,即有压段选用C35普通混凝土 ,两钢衬之间选用C40钢纤维混凝土 ,无压段和出口消能工段选用C40硅粉钢纤维混凝土。通过对混凝土原材料及配合比的试验研究、调整 ,选取了最佳配合比 ,通过对现场施工混凝土的取样 ,混凝土性能均达到设计要求 ,取得了预期效果。
The maximum discharge of the flood releasing tunnel of Sanxi Reservoir is 1837 m 3/s and the corresponding velocity is 42 m/s. In order to meet the requirement of high speed water flow, the concrete with anti scour and abrasion resistant properties has been used in the wetted section of the flood releasing tunnel. The C35 normal concrete was used in the pressured section, the C40 steel fiber concrete in the section between two steel liners, and C40 silica steel fiber concrete in free flow section and outlet dissipation section. Through the test and adjustment on raw materials and mix proportion of concrete, the best mix proportion has been selected. The test on concrete samples in construction site shows that the properties of concrete meet the design requirements and reach the expected effectiveness.
