摘要
分析了神禾塬、少陵塬隧洞混凝土衬砌裂缝是施工冷缝、混凝土收缩、振捣不密实和荷载作用等因素综合影响的结果。根据两洞裂缝的特征,采用了水泥浆+水玻璃溶液灌堵和环氧砂浆嵌涂相结合的综合治理措施,达到了预期的目的。
It is shown by analysis that the cracks in concrete lining of the tunnel through Shenhe and Shaoling highlands of heihe project are caused synthetically by construction cold joints, concrete contraction, not compact densely and load. According to the features of the two tunnels, the expected results are achieved by the treatment method, which combining the cement slurry + water glass to grout and the epikote slurry to paste the cracks.
