关于我省水利水电工程间接费取费几个问题的探讨

Discuss on the price of indirect charges of hydraulic or hydroelectric projects in Shaanxi Province

通过对我省现行水电工程间接费中存在问题的讨论，提出应将间接费划分为现场管理费和经营管理费两大类，并应以工程等级和行业社会平均消灭来确定现场管理费费率，将企业经营管理费作为可浮动的费率。

According to the problems existed in the price of indirect charges for hydraulic or hydroelectric projects, the point of view are put forward that the charge should be classified into two parts, one is the on site management charge, the other is the operational charge, all of which should be determined according to the project grade and social average professional on site management price and price of operational charge should be variable.
