调补肝肾法治疗原发性高血压理论探讨

Theoretical discussion of liver-kidney-nourishing method treating essential hypertension

通过对原发性高血压证治规律的探讨,认为肝肾失调是其重要病机。初期实证为主,病位在肝;中期本虚标实,肝肾同病;后期阴阳虚损,病本在肾,临床调补肝肾是其有效治法,疏肝理气、清肝降火、凉肝熄风以治其标,补益肾气、燮理阴阳以顾其本。

Through studying on syndrome differentiation and treatment regulation of essential hypertension,it is considered that liver and kidney disorders is important pathogenesis of essential hypertension. Excess syn- drome is primary at the initial stage ,the disease location is liver. Syndrome of deficiency in origin and ex- cess in superficiality is primary at the middle stage,the disease location is liver and kidney.Yin and Yang are both deficiency at the last stage,the disease of kidney is radical. In clinical,liver-kidney-nourishing method is effective treatment,soothing liver and regulating Qi,clearing liver and lowering fire,cooling liver and calming wind could treat exterior syndrome,while the interior syndrome could be treated by the method of invigorating kidney Qi and coordinating Yin and Yang.
