新疆维吾尔族、汉族人群一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶血清浓度的研究 被引量:2

Study on the serum NO and NOS levels in Uygur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang

摘要 目的:探讨维吾尔族、汉族人群血清中NO、TNOS、iNOS、eNOS的含量及两民族间的差异,分析NO水平与性别和BMI之间的关系。方法:应用硝酸还原酶法测定血清NO含量,用化学法测定TNOS、iNOS的分泌量,ELISA法测定eNOS含量。结果:血清NO、TNOS、iNOS和eNOS的浓度分别为:汉族(56.9+7.9)μmol.L-1;(26.6+4.5)U.mL-1;(21.6+4.9)U.mL-1;(5.7+4.0)U.mL-1;维吾尔族(51.5+7.7)μmol.L-1;(21.5+4.8)U.mL-1;(17.4+4.5)U.mL-1;(4.0+2.2)U.mL-1。结论:血清NO、TNOS、iNOS、eNOS浓度维吾尔族显著高于汉族(P<0.05);男性血清NO水平高于女性(P<0.05);偏胖组血清NO及TNOS含量显著高于正常组和偏瘦组(P<0.01)。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the levels of serum NO,TNOS,iNOS,eNOS in Han and Uygur nationalities,and analyze the relationship of serum NO levels with the gender and BMI.METHODS Serum NO was measured by the technique of nitrate reductase,serum TNOS and iNOS were measured by spectrophotography,eNOS were detected by ELISA.RESULTS The serum of NO and TNOS and iNOS and eNOS concentrations were 56.9+7.9 μmol·L-1;26.6+4.5 U·mL-1;21.6+4.9 U·mL-1;5.7+4.0 U·mL-1 in Han nationality respectively and 51.5+7.7 μmol·L-1;21.5+4.8 U·mL-1;17.4+4.5 U·mL-1;4.0+2.2 U·mL-1 in Uygur nationality respectively.CONCLUSION Serum NO and TNOS and iNOS and eNOS concentration in Uygur nationality were significant higher than nationality Han(P0.01);NO levels of men was significantly higher than women(P0.05);Serum NO and TNOS content of obese group was significantly higher than other groups(P0.01).
