摘要
师范生的培养质量是高师院校办学质量的生命线。基于对浙江省H师范大学小学教育专业本科毕业生就业情况及专业态度、专业能力、专业后劲的调查,研究发现:毕业生对专业工作的认知由理想走向现实;毕业生成长意愿较强但凸显实践性知能困惑;毕业生的专业发展后劲仍有提升空间。针对毕业生就业后存在的现状,笔者立足于职前教育的基础性与前瞻性分别从招生、课程有效性教学、社会合作等方面提出发展性策略。
Normal students' culture quality is the lifeline of college education quality. Based on the normal university un- dergraduate students of Primary education Major , we carry out the survey on the employment situation and professional atti- tude, professional competence, professional development. Study finds: graduates' cognition on professional work become from ideal to reality; graduates growth strong willingness but highlight practical knowledge can be confusing; graduates of professional development is still can be improved. In view of existing situation of graduates and preservice education founda- tion and future characteristics, this essay put forward the development strategy from admissions, curriculum effective teach- ing and social cooperation.
