摘要
本研究通过对中德两国461名中学教师进行问卷调查,探讨分析两国中学教师的创造性学生观和创造性培养观。结果显示:在创造性学生观方面,中德教师对于创造性学生本质的认识基本一致,但是与德国教师相比,中国教师对学生创造性特征的认可程度更低;在创造性培养观方面,中国教师在开放性、探究性、独立性和坚持性的培养观上得分更高,而德国教师在想象力和挑战权威上的得分更高。这提示,在新课改教育要求和传统教育文化的双重作用下,中国教师的创造性观念还需要进一步的加强与优化。
The Creative Students and Cultivation Questionnaire was administered to 461 secondary teachers from China and Germany. Results showed that : 1. Chinese and German teachers shared the same belief of the nature of creative students, but Chinese teachers didn' t value these creative characteristics as much as German teachers. 2. Compared with the German teachers, Chinese teachers scored higher on the concept of creative cuhure of openness, inquiry, independence and persist- ence, but lower on the imagination and challenge authority. The results indicate that the creative concept of the Chinese teachers need to be further strengthened and optimized for the requirements of the new curriculum education reform and tra- ditional education culture.
