摘要
分析了自卸车装载混凝土难卸的原因 ,针对性地设计了一种快速卸载装置 该装置仅由上摆板、下滑板和铰链组成 ,结构简单 ,安装使用方便 。
The reason why the concrete on a tipper is difficultly to unload, is analyzed. Aiming at this, a quick unloading device is purposely designed. The device only consists of a swing plate, a sliding plate and some pins. Its structure is simple and convenient in installation and operation. The production test shows that the device has good effectiveness.
