摘要
应用磁控溅射离子镀技术在6204轴承钢球表面制备出CrCN复合镀层,用扫描电子显微镜扫描并用原子力显微镜检测了CrCN复合镀层的表面质量,对CrCN镀层轴承的性能可靠性进行了实验。研究结果表明:制备的CrCN复合镀层具有优异的表面质量,Ra为7.526nm;与无镀层轴承相比,CrCN复合镀层钢球轴承降低了轴承的振动,提高了轴承的性能可靠性,镀层轴承的失效形式为镀层磨损失效。
Using the magnetron sputtering ion plating technique, CrCN composite coatings was prepared on the steel ball substrate of bearing 6204. The surface quality of CrCN composite coatings were detected by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy scanning. The perform- ance reliability of coated steel ball bearing and uncoated steel ball bearing were tested and the compar- ative analyses were carried out. Results indicate that the CrCN composite coatings has very excellent surface quality(Ra= 7. 526nm). And compared to the uncoated steel ball bearing,the coated bearing reduces the vibration value, improves the reliability of the bearing performance life. The failure forms of coated bearing are the coatings wear failure.
