摘要
针对各种制造相关资源的广域共享需求,利用云计算的核心技术——虚拟化和软件即服务技术,初步构建了一个制造软件资源管理及其远程共享的云制造平台。基于VI3架构建立了虚拟机群集,实现了各虚拟机的动态管理;参考GFS结构,研究开发了一种海量制造软件资源的组织和管理方法;在.Net环境下,利用PowerShell技术实现了远程客户的基于因特网的软资源调用。针对电机设计,示例了云平台下电磁计算软件的远程共享调用过程。
With the requirements of wide-area sharing of various kinds of manufacturing related software,a prototype of cloud manufacturing platform was developed for the purpose of software re- source management and sharing, which was mainly based on the technologies of cloud computing-vir- tualization and SaaS, etc. A cluster of virtual machines, which can be dynamically managed, was estab- lished on VI3 infrastructure. Similar to the structure of Google file system(GFS),large amounts of software resources were organized and well--managed. Upon the . Net structure,and with PowerShell technology, a remote invocation of the application software was realized for the web-based remote us- er. Finally, for the design of motor product, the process of remote use of an electromagnetic-software was demonstrated based on the cloud manufacturing platform.
