加大改革力度 实现资源水利

Quickening the Step of the Reform,Realizing the“Resource Water Conservancy”

文中从水利建设服务对象的变化、水资源开发过程、不同阶段主要采用的水利工程措施三方面回顾了山西水利建设的历程 ,分析了资源水利的特性 ,并提出了为使山西水利进一步发展如何加快改革的建议。

The course of the water conservancy construction in Shanxi Province is reviewed from the following three aspects:the change of service objects of the water conservancy construction,the development progress of the water resource and the main engineering measures adopted in different stages,the features of the “resource water conservancy”are analysed,finally,the suggestion how to quicken the reform is presented in order to develop further the water conservancy in Shanxi Province.
