严重的水土流失是导致阳泉市生态环境恶化 ,水资源短缺 ,影响水资源可持续发展的重要因素。搞好水土保持工作 ,治理水土流失 ,改善生态环境 ,可促进水资源持续发展。

The serious soil and water loss is thought to be the important factor causing ecological environment worsening and water resources shortage and influencing the sustainable development of water resources in Yangquan City.Therefore,to do the soil and water conservancy well,to control soil and water loss and to improve ecological environment are considered to be of important significance promote the sustainable development of the water resources.
