山西省资源水利发展思路探讨

Thinking of Developing Resource Water Conservancy in Shanxi Province

本文简要论述了我省发展资源水利的重要性和紧迫性 ,从全面规划综合治理、优化配置合理用水、节约用水适度开源、统一管理协调发展等方面提出并讨论了我省发展资源水利的思路。

In this paper,the importance and urgency of developing resource water conservancy in Shanxi Province are illustrated,the thinking of developing resource water conservancy in Shanxi Province are discussed from the following aspects:overall planning,comprehensive control,optimal and rational allocation of water,water saving,proper development of water resources,centralized managenent and coordinated development.
