论吉林省西部荒漠化治理

Discussion on Tackling of Wilderness for West Area of Jilin Province

本文对当前吉林省西部的干旱、沙漠化、盐碱等自然灾害的成因等进行了科学论述，提出了水是治理沙漠化关键、西部开发应以水定发展的理论。

The causes of formation of natural disaster, such as drought, wilderness and saline - alkali soil, etc. in west area of Jilin Province were discussed scientifically in this paper. The authous consider that water is the key of tackling wildness and put forward the theory that the west area should be developed on the basis of its water.
