Modular arithmetic is a basic arithmetic operation which is provided in many computer program high level languages. This paper gives the definition of modular arithmetic, compares with the modular arithmetic operation of the C language, introduces the characteristics of modular arithmetic in Python 3.0 version, at the same time, analyzes the realization process and applications of modular arithmetic.
