通过对基于工作过程的电工技术与技能实训课程教学改革必要性的分析,阐述了基于工作过程的教学理念,围绕基于工作过程的教学思路,对基于工作过程的电工技术与技能实训课程改革进行了初步探讨。

The theory of working - process - oriented vocational education is proposed in order to bridge the gap between tradi- tional vocational education and actual work demands. The main purpose is to help students foster the ability of building the actual working environment. Based on the education theory related to the course structure of work process system, this essay had some discussion on the reform of ＂electrician skill training＂.
