摘要
信息技术的高速发展,使得高校图书馆的发展面临着何去何从的问题。走出瓶颈的关键在于改变传统观念,确立服务理念;加强基础建设,丰富文献资源;强化人员培训,提高服务能力;突出特色建设,拓展服务口径。
With the rapid development of information technology, the development of university library is fa- cing the problem of what path to follow. The key out of the bottleneck is to change the traditional ideas, estab- lish the service concept, strengthen the infrastructure, rich literature resources, strengthen personnel train- ning,improve the service ability, highlight the characteristics of construction, and expanse service caliber.
