Gene studies of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 and its relationship with cardiovascular diseases

摘要 肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)是与心血管系统疾病密切相关的一个重要环节。RAS调整着心脏、血管和肾脏的生理功能的平衡,对机体血压、血流以及内环境的调节具有重要意义。作为RAS系统中又一关键调节因子的血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)近年来备受关注,ACE2与心血管系统相关疾病的研究也有了突破性的进展,为心血管疾病的治疗提供了新的途径;现将缺血性心肌病、原发性高血压、心率失常等疾病与ACE2基因表达的相关内容作一综述。 Renin-angiotensin system (RAS) is involved in the dis'ease of cardiovascular system, which plays a very important effect "on blood pressure, blood flow, and the environment within the body, and has an important balance regulation role of physiological function in heart, blood vessels and kidneys. In recent years, angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) as another key regulatory factors in the RAS system has made great progress with the related diseases of the cardiovascular system, which also provides a new approach for the treatment of cardiovascular disease. This review summarizes gene expression of ACE2 and its relationship with ischemic cardiomyopathy, hypertension and cardiac arrhythmias.
