The Research and Practice on Colleges-Enterprise Cooperation for the Communication Engineering Speciality in Applied Colleges

校企合作是培养适应社会需要的高素质应用型人才的有效手段。本文首先分析了目前工程类专业校企合作的现状和存在的主要问题,总结了校企合作的主要模式,最后重点介绍了皖西学院通信工程专业校企深层合作新模式和实践。这种合作增强了学生动手实践能力和适应就业岗位能力,为地方应用型高校工科教育人才培养模式改革起借鉴和示范作用。

Colleges-Enterprise cooperation is an effective means to train high-quality practical talents for adapt to the needs of the society. First, the current situation on Colleges-Enterprise cooperation and existing problems is introduced in this paper, the main Colleges-Enterprise cooperation pattern is summarized, last the paper focus on Colleges Enterprise deep cooperation pattern of communication engineering in West Anhui University. This cooperation can enhance the students＇ practical ability and employment ability. It would take a reference and the exemplary role in the training mode of engineering education for local applied college.
