摘要
牡丹江市柳树河3万t页岩油中试先导基地炼厂项目,岩石基础需要爆破的部位主要有热解干馏装置和半焦贮仓项目。工程位于厂区东北角,靠近山体脚下,其南侧100 m处为在建的原料仓库,西侧150 m处为已建成的厂房,东侧200 m为省道201公路,附近还有高压线路,爆破环境复杂。为此,设计要求爆破的部位及深度为:热解干馏装置为-8.0 m,分二次爆破;半焦贮仓位-30 m,以尽量减少对周围建筑物的影响。
The positions that need to be blasted for 30 thousand tons Liuhe Oil Shale Refinery Factory construction are as follows: pyrolytic carbonizing device and semi coke bin,located in the northeastern corner of the factory and near the foot of a mountain.There is a material warehouse under construction at100m away of the south,completed workshop at 150m away of the west,No 201 provincial road at 200m away of the east.Also there is a high voltage transmission line near the factory,therefore blasting conditions are very complicated.The designed blasting positons and depth are as follows:it is-8.0m for pyrolytic carbonizing device and two times blasting;-30m for semi coke bin so as to reduce the blasting impact on the surrounding buildings.
