长江流域水能资源多媒体电子地图的设计与制作

Design and Implementation of Multimedia Electronic Map for hydropower resources of Yangtze River valley

介绍了利用现有GIS软件ArcView为基本平台 ,设计与制作长江流域水能资源多媒体电子地图的过程 ,重点探讨了多媒体查询设计与实现中的媒体数据组织、热链接设计等问题 ,介绍了利用Windows提供的多媒体标准接口MCI扩充ArcView使之支持声音。

The design and implementation procedure of the multimedia electronic map for hydropower resources of the Yangtze River valley based on ArcView platform was presented, some technical issues related to query design and implementation of the multimedia data such as multimedia data organization and hot link strategy were also explored, and finally, an feasible approach to utilize MCI, the multimedia standard interface provided by Microsoft Windows to enlarge ArcView's multimedia function of handling sound and video signals was discussed.
