硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊对兔膝关节软骨细胞凋亡的影响观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊对兔膝关节软骨细胞凋亡的影响,为临床应用其治疗膝关节骨关节炎提供参考。方法采用30只新西兰兔,随机分为药物组、对照组和正常组各10只。药物组、对照组通过手术造成右膝关节失稳型动物模型,造模1周始躯赶全部兔子行走,连续4周,药物组并连续给药8周。造模后12周末处死所有动物,取右膝关节内侧胫骨平台软骨组织,采用原位末端标记法检测软骨细胞凋亡率,数据经统计学处理。结果对照组软骨组织退变明显,细胞凋亡率(30.50±4.72)%;药物组软骨组织退变较轻,细胞凋亡率(16.61±2.14)%;正常组软骨组织正常。细胞凋亡率(4.67±1.85)%。各组间细胞凋亡率比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊可降低兔膝关节软骨细胞凋亡率,延缓软骨组织的退行性改变。 Objective To explore the influence of Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules to apoptosis of cartilage cell with rab bit's knee joints and approach the mechanism of it to cure OA in knee joints.Methods 30 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: drug group,control group and normal group,10 for each group,drug group and control group were modeled through operation for knee joint instability,a week after modeled,each rabbit had been drived to walk for 4 weeks,drug group medicine perfusion for 8 weeks.12 weeks after,that which were desposed the animals and arthrodial cartilage of right tibial plateau were taken to observe apoptosis by TUNEL and counted numbers by statistics processing.Results The rate of apoptosis of the drug group,control group and normal group were(16.61 ± 2.14)%,(30.50±4.72)% and(4.67±1.85)%,respectively,cartilage degeneration in a serious for control group,mild de generation for drug group,nothing was changed for normal group,there were significant difference between each group(P 0.01).Conclusion Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules have been capable of obviously degrade the apoptosis rate of cartilage with rabbit's knee joints and postpone morbidity.
