天麻细粉片治疗高脂血症的临床疗效和安全性观察

Clinical observation of the efficacy and safety profile of Gastrodina Commen-Pulverization Tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemia

目的研究天麻细粉片治疗高脂血症患者的疗效和安全性。方法将100例符合要求的高脂血症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例,试验组按要求连续口服天麻细粉片45 d,对照组不予治疗。试验前后观测安全性指标以及血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平和变化率。结果试验组患者服用天麻细粉片后未见不良反应,而血清TC和TG水平显著下降(与治疗前比较,P<0.01;与对照组比较,P<0.01或P<0.05)。试验组50例患者中有效14例,降血脂有效率为28%(与对照组比较,P<0.01)。结论天麻细粉片在高血脂患者中具有降血脂作用并且无不良反应。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety profile of Gastrodina Commen-Pulverization Tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemic patients.Methods 100 hyperlipidemic patients which met the requirements were randomly divided into 2 groups.They were the control group and the experiment group,respectively,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the experiment group were orally treated with Gastrodina Commen-Pulverization Tablets as required,continuously for 45 days;while those in the control group were left untreated.Before and after the study,security indi cators,serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C） levels as well as percent changes were observed or determined.Results There was no side effect observed among patients treated with Gastrodina Commen-Pulverization Tablets,whose serum TC and TG levels declined greatly after treatment（com pared with before treatment,P 0.01;compared with control group,P 0.01 or P 0.05）.Among the 50 patients in the experiment group,14 patients were judged as effective in lowering blood lipids,with an effective rate of 28%（compared with control group,P 0.01）.Conclusion Gastrodina Commen-Pulverization Tablets reduce blood lipids in hyperlidemic patients,with no side effects.
