摘要
高中学校特色发展是高中的个性化生存之道。由于其所处的阶段和所面临的教育竞争境遇,高中学校的特色发展既有其优势,也有其限制。高中学校可以选拔生源,但是面临高利害考试的限制;高中学校开发课程具有规模优势,但是面临学生学习时间紧张的限制;高中教师具有群体合作优势,但是面临单兵竞争的限制。高中学校特色发展不是一个单向度的教育努力过程,时刻面临来自另外向度的限制,这给高中学校特色发展带来了实践的复杂性和理论研究的空间。
Characteristic development is a personalized way to survive for high schools. Not only have the high school their advantages, but also their limitations because of their stages and facing competition in the process to pursue characteristic development. High schools have the right to select students, but face the limitations of high-stake examination; high schools provide curriculum development with scale advantages, but face the restrictions of student lack of learning time; teacher group has the professional strength, but face the shortcomings of single teaching. Therefore, characteristics development of high schools is not a one- dimensional educational effort, always facing the restriction from another dimension, which brings complexity of the practice and space of theoretical studies to characteristic development of high schools.
