摘要
详细介绍了用C语言进行的软件设计,以应变式压力传感器为主要硬件设计的高精度电子秤的工作原理。总结了称重传感器的影响因素及选择标准,并采用A/D转换将传感器输出的较小模拟量转换成较大的数值信号显示在液晶上,在药品称重不合格的情况下加入了报警系统。此设计使药品的重量检测水平得以提高,称重不合格药品也得到妥善处理。
Through the use of single chip microcomputer as main components and C language software design, this paper introduced the principle of high precision electronic balance in detail. Study summarized the influencing factors and the selection criteria of weighing sensor, and adopted A/D conversion to transfer smaller output signal into larger then displayed on the LCD. In addition to, the alarm system was joined in the case of weighing unqualified. This design makes the level of drug weight detection rose and the weighing unqualified drugs handled properly.
