摘要
泄洪深孔是三峡工程最重要的部位之一 ,结构体形复杂、施工要求严格 ,温控防裂是该部位抗冲磨混凝土最突出的矛盾。根据三峡工程施工的特点 ,解决这一问题的首要措施是应用减水率在 30 %以上的高效减水剂 ,控制混凝土最高温升在 40℃以下。采用X40 4高效减水剂 ,能有效降低混凝土用水量 ,改善和易性 ,提高抗冲磨性 ,实现抗冲磨混凝土的高性能目标。
As the important part of the Three Gorges project, the lower-level outlets have a complicate geometry attended by strict construction requirements, specially, in the temperature control in summer to prevent the cracks in abrasion resistance concrete. In line with the construction features of the Three Gorges project, the measures of the first importance should be to add high quality water reducer in mix to improve the water reducing rate up to more than 30% and control the maximum temperature rise lower than 40℃. By using the water reducer X404 can reduce effectively the water requirement for concrete mixture, as well as improve the workability and the abrasion resistance of concrete.
