As a construction project of the state key infrastructure, the Three Gorges project has introduced the computer technology into its construction management. The computer-aided integrated monitoring system for concrete production and delivery developed jointly by the China Gezhouba Construction Group and the Xi'an Jiaotong University has demonstrated the important role of the computer aided integrated monitoring system in the construction management of hydro projects.
