焊接工序是钢结构制造、安装生产中的一道关键工序 ,在水工钢结构制造安装现场建立质量保证体系 ,使水工钢结构的制造安装从工装设计、工艺制订、材料采购、资源配置、焊接、检验等都在受控条件下进行 ,从而保证水工钢结构的制造安装质量 ,确保金结设备的安全可靠运行。

The first-stage steel lines arranged between the slots of the emergency gates and the intakes of the gates of the lower-level outlets at the Three Gorges project, are all in-situ fabricated and erected. The major welding techniques cover the right choice of welding materials for compound plate, the control over the welding deformation during manufacturing in segments, precaution for the seams induced from erection and welding of the bottom structures, welding procedures for compound plate, as well as the measures to prevention of the stainless plate from damage due to splashings of welding.
