摘要 运用扎根理论,构建了困惑职校教师课堂教学因素的分析模型,该模型包括"对象(学生)因素""、主体(自我)因素""、外围(环境)因素"等三个方面;这三个领域以及由之构成的整体应该是今后中职教学改革要研究的重要领域;改进职校的课堂教学应采用"外围入手""、多方协同""、整体突破"等基本策略。 The analytic model for factors nonplusing classroom teaching of vocational school teachers is established by the grounded theory.The model include three factors,which are object(student) factor,subject(self) factor and outer(environment) factor.Those three factors and the whole consisted of them are to be important research field for secondary vocational teaching reform.It is necessary for improving the classroom teaching of vocational schools by adopting some basic strategies,such as the outer starting,the multilateral coordination and the whole breakthrough,etc.
