摘要
使用聚醚多元醇、自制交联剂、液化MDI等组份制备出一种配比为1∶1的快速固化道床用双组份聚氨酯喷涂树脂。研究结果表明使用聚醚1000作为主材,并加入适量的增塑剂DBP可以得到粘度适当的预聚体,当交联剂用量达到10质量份时,树脂固化后的物理性能比较理想,黏接强度达到0.39MPa,伸长率达到117%,剪切强度达到1.15MPa;使用辛酸亚锡与异辛酸铅一起作为催化剂使用,则可以得到良好的固化速度;该树脂已经在既有线上进行了喷涂试验,试验效果良好。
The fast curing two-component polyurethane for spraying ballast was made by using polyether polyol, homemade chain extender and liquefied MDI. The result showed that using polyether polyol whose molecular weight was 1000 as the main material with right amount of DBP, we could get low viscosity prepolyrner. Physical property of the resin was good.-the bond strength was 0. 39MPa, the break elongation was 117 %, the shear strength was 1.15MPa. The curing speed of the resin could be controlled well when stannous octoate and ethylhexanoate lead were used as catalyst. This spray resin was successfully applied on Daqin heavy haul raiway.
