摘要
在改进的共沉淀法制得的Cu-Zn-Al2O3-ZrO2催化剂上常压连续流动微反应器中研究甲醇部分氧化-蒸气重整耦合制氢反应动力学。实验测得甲醇∶水∶氧=0.45∶0.45∶0.10;1.5∶1.0∶0.20和1.0∶2.0∶0.20三种摩尔配比,200~340℃温度范围内的动力学实验数据,建立了动力学模型,确定了动力学参数。
The reaction kinetics of hydrogen production by partial oxidation-steam reforming of methanol was re- searched,used the Cu/Zn/A1203/ZrO2 catalyst prepared by modified co-deposition method. The experimental datas were measured in a stainless steel micro-reactor at normal pressure and within 200-340℃,in the mole ratio of CH3OH: H2O: 02=0. 45..0. 45:0. 10,1.5:1.0:0. 20 and 1.0:2. 0:0. 20, respectively. The kinetics model for partial oxidation-steam refor- ming of methanol was developed. And the parameters of this model were determined.
